GUARANTEED TENDER

Mid-Ten™-certified beef is the first guaranteed-tender beef certification. A Mid-Ten herd is significantly more tender than average U.S. beef.

NORMAL: If tests indicate that beef tenderness is at or below average U.S. beef, it will be identified as “Normal Tenderness”.
